The Lower Hudson – Long Island Resource Conservation & Development is a locally-directed, 501(c)3 organization that promotes natural resources conservation and economic development. We are here to serve you!  Financial support is necessary to put projects on the ground and for minimal Lower Hudson – Long Island RC&D Council operating expenses.
